Shout out to Rich Chapman and the team at West Side Oil Corp. Our old AC was failing. Rich and his team arrived on time, completed this entire replacement in one day. Well-coordinated, used protective layers on floors and furniture. Professional installation They left the place spotless. I highly recommend Rich and his great customer service team.

Two days ago I had a new A/C system installed by West Side Oil to replace the 25 yr old unit that died. I can’t say enough about what a great organization to deal with from the office staff, service technicians to the installers. I was most impressed that Rich, the owner of West Side, was here the entire day to oversee the whole installation with his installers during a very hot and humid day. We have had other work done by WS and we have always found them to be top notch. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and A/C needs.

Great experience. For 5 days my oil burner was turning off & the people I originally called didn't resolve it in this time, it was getting very stressful , so I called West Side Oil and they fixed it that day.
